The incisions are made near the base of the ear (front side) and temples, where scars are not noticeable, and the sagging skin is lifted and eliminated. Swelling is minimal, and the scar will heal to the point that it cannot be seen without careful inspection. Since no bandages are required, it is possible to wash your face and apply makeup the day after the procedure.
The surgical method employs the “SMAS method” in which not only the surface skin but also the superficial fascia (SMAS) under the skin is simultaneously lifted and fixed. Types of lifting according to the area of application
Upper face lift (temple lift)
The upper face lift is recommended for those who feel that the upper half of the face has sagged. An incision is made in the scalp area, which is then lifted outward and upward and fixed in place. The incision site is selected to best suit the patient’s condition. Since the incision is made in the area where hair grows, the scar is hardly noticeable. The upper face is refreshed and rejuvenated.

Lift of the outer corner of the eyes (sagging correction + periosteal fixation)
For those who are concerned about sagging or wrinkling around the eyes (especially the eyelids from the outer corner of the eyes), or for those whose eyelids have become heavy, a corner of the eye lift is recommended. The corner of the eye lift is performed through an incision in the scalp area, which is lifted and fixed in an outward and upward direction. Face and Neck Lift

An incision is made along the crease of the earlobe and the excess skin is removed together. The skin is lifted outward and upward and fixed. Submental Neck Lift
If you are seeking to improve a double chin or sagging under the chin due to skeletal structure or aging, a submental neck lift is recommended. The neck is an area that shows age more easily than the face. This submental neck lift is very effective in improving a sagging neck and double chin. The incision is made in an inconspicuous area just below the chin, and the skin and subcutaneous fat that cause the sagging are removed and fixed. The size of the scar is only a few centimeters and is hardly noticeable. There is almost no postoperative swelling, so patients can undergo the procedure without worrying about being seen.
