Lower Eyelid Sagging Correction
For those who want to have sagging or gentle eyes.
The eyes can be enlarged by approaching from the skin side (front side). The skin (2 to 4 mm wide) is excised about 1 to 2 mm from the lower lash line and sutured. By suturing the excised area, the outer corner of the eye is pulled down and the area where the whites of the eyes are visible is increased, creating a gentle almond-shaped eye (almond eye). This is recommended not only for enlarging the eyes, but also for those who suffer from puffy eyes or who wish to have drooping eyes.

Z-plasty
The Mongolian folds, which make the eyes look smaller because the skin covers them, are eliminated through a small incision. If your eyes look distant from each other or your eyes look pinched, the Mongolian folds may be the cause of this problem.
In Z-plasty, the skin valves A and B are repositioned and sutured, which loosens the tension of the Mongolian folds and opens the eye socket toward the nose. The incision is not simply a detachment.

The V-Y incision is performed using the V-Y method, in which an incision is made in the skin at the corner of the eye, like the letter Y in the alphabet, to widen the corner of the eye and suture it like a V. The V-Y incision can also be used to improve the balance between the left and right eyes. The main purpose of an incision at the outer corner of the eye is to widen the width of the eye, but it can also be used to improve sagging or drooping eyes, or to adjust the balance between the left and right eyes. In combination with an incision at the outer corner of the eye, the entire eye can be enlarged.

- The scar of the incision at the top and bottom of the eye will be red and hard for a while after the surgery, but it usually settles down in about 3 months. The scars do not disappear completely.
- After the procedure, we will prescribe a set of oral medications (prescribed as appropriate depending on the procedure), eye drops, and topical medications (the cost of the medications is not included above).
